Convert Front Cover to KDP Specs
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I already have the front cover of my book as a JPEG, sized exactly 6 × 9 inches. The artwork and wording are finished—nothing needs to change visually—but Amazon KDP still requires a print-ready file with correct bleed, margins, colour profile and resolution.
I need you to take that existing JPEG and turn it into a file KDP will accept on the first try, without any warnings in the previewer.
Deliverables
• A 300 dpi, KDP-compliant PDF of the front cover (including bleed)
• The editable working file you used (PSD, AI, or similar)
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions remain 6 × 9 in plus the recommended bleed area
• Colour space and embedded fonts meet KDP print standards
• File passes the KDP Print Previewer with zero issues
