I will send you my approved college template, complete with its colour palette, fonts and graphic style, along with all supporting files—plans, site plan, sections and the SketchUp model—so you can concentrate solely on composing the presentation sheets.
Each sheet must be portrait-oriented and laid out in a professional, competition-ready manner rather than the basic “one drawing per page” approach. I want a clear visual hierarchy that weaves together rendered views, crisp diagrams and well-placed annotations; the emphasis is on those diagrams and call-outs, so leave plenty of room for explanatory graphics without letting things feel crowded. Good balancing of negative space, consistent margins and smart use of line weights are essential.
Please work in Photoshop, as that is the platform I will be using for any follow-up edits. Deliver one sheet at a time so I can review and approve the composition before you proceed to the next; payment will be released per sheet. The full set is needed within 1–2 days, so fast, organised communication is key.
For each sheet I will consider it complete when:
• All provided drawings and renders are integrated using the supplied colour palette and typeface.
• Diagrams and annotations are legible at print scale.
• The overall composition aligns with high-end competition boards in look and clarity.
