Bright YouTube Thumbnail Design

I’m ramping up a new YouTube channel and need a designer who can turn each video idea into an attention-grabbing thumbnail. Thumbnails are the absolute priority in this project—logo tweaks or quick photo edits might follow later, but right now it’s all about those 1280 × 720 images that make viewers click.

What I’m after
• Purpose: Purely for YouTube videos, so they must read well on both mobile and desktop.
• Style: Bright, colorful compositions with strong contrast and a clear focal point. Think bold imagery, punchy hues, and just enough text to hook curiosity without overcrowding the frame.
• Pace: Fast turnaround is important; I’d like initial drafts within 24 hours of sending the brief and final versions within the next day.

Deliverables
1. Layered source file (PSD or AI) for each thumbnail.
2. Exported PNG or JPG ready for upload.
3. Font names and any stock assets cited to keep future edits simple.
