I need a thumbnail specialist who can turn my education-focused videos into high-CTR visuals. Each design has to feel bold and colorful, with punchy palettes and strong contrast that stay readable even on small screens.

Here’s what every thumbnail must include:
• A snappy text overlay that echoes the video’s title without overcrowding the frame
• A cleanly-cut image of the presenter or featured person to create an instant human connection
• Lightweight icons or illustrations that hint at the tutorial topic and add extra pop
I publish two to three videos a week, so we’ll start with an initial batch of five thumbnails to check consistency, turnaround, and performance. Please deliver each file at 1280 × 720 px in JPG or PNG, along with the layered PSD (or AI) so I can make future tweaks.
