Blue Hose Color Editing

I’m working with a round PNG photo of a Fuel Logo where the hose is currently green. I need that hose recoloured to the exact blue shown in my reference image, using Photoshop or an equivalent tool that lets you control hue, saturation, and masking with precision.
The key requirement is a smooth, gradual transition from the new blue tone back to green right where the hose meets the plant’s stem, finishing completely green by the time it reaches the leaves so the edit looks natural. Nothing else in the picture changes—no text, no cropping, no background tweaks—just the BLUE HANDLE and BLUE HOSE color and its blend.
