Bilingual High-CTR YouTube Thumbnails

I release regular content on YouTube and need a designer who can consistently turn each video idea into a vibrant, colourful thumbnail that drives clicks. Every thumbnail must feel fresh yet on-brand, combining bold visuals with both Punjabi and English text exactly where it makes sense. I rely heavily on strong imagery of people, so extracting, retouching, and integrating faces cleanly against dramatic backgrounds is essential.

Here is what I will be looking for in each delivery:
• 1280 × 720 px, exported as JPG or PNG at the highest quality
• A unique concept per video—no templates reused without noticeable redesign
• Eye-catching colours and contrast that pop even on small mobile screens
• Clear, readable text in English and/or Punjabi, harmonised with the overall design
• Quick turnaround plus willingness to iterate until the click-through-rate potential feels right

You should already be familiar with best practices for YouTube CTR optimisation and be comfortable testing different focal points, colour schemes, and type treatments. If we click creatively, I’m hoping this turns into a long-term collaboration spanning every new upload.
