Background Removal for Personal Images

I need a skilled image editor to remove backgrounds from a few personal images.

Requirements:
- Edit 1-5 images
- Background options: solid color, transparent, or new background image

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop)
- Attention to detail
- Experience with various background types

I would like the photos to be 7 x 5 inches
Edit out any background apart from the hands and the baby and make the background dark.
I have shown how the picture will look in the end in a frame in a word document. So side by side in a rectangular frame with a white back ground.
I would like the photos posted to me to arrive by 12th December so I can get them framed.
