I need an experienced photo editing and artwork enhancement expert to expand an existing tiger and wave design while maintaining the exact style, colors, and visual impact of the original artwork.

Requirements:
• Extend the fire effects naturally on the left side of the tiger.
• Extend the water wave naturally on the right side of the design.
• Maintain a seamless flow so the added areas match the original artwork perfectly.
• Keep the tiger, wave, colors, and overall composition unchanged.
• Optimize the artwork layout for placement on shorts, with the tiger head positioned around the thigh area.
• Provide multiple revisions as needed to refine the artwork placement and flow.
