Arabic YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

I’m looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer for a story-driven Arabic YouTube channel.

This project is for one thumbnail for my latest video. Please find attached the script of the video.
The video’s core theme is simplicity, minimalism, and inner freedom — how reducing possessions and distractions can lead to a richer, more meaningful life.

Goal of the thumbnail:
-Stop the scroll
-Create curiosity through contrast
-Communicate a strong idea in 1 second
-Make viewers want to click to understand why

This is not a flashy or childish thumbnail.
Tone should be:
-Thoughtful
-Calm
-Wise
-Premium / storytelling-focused (not aggressive clickbait)

Target audience:
-Arabic-speaking
-Age 30+
-Interested in wisdom, psychology, life lessons, and reflective content

Design direction:
-Add the attached golden Logo to the left top side of thumbnail (like all my previous thumbnails)
-Clean, simple, high-contrast design
-One clear visual idea (no clutter)
-Minimal or no text (2–4 Arabic words max)
-Text must be bold and readable on mobile
-Strong visual storytelling
