Animated YouTube Short Visuals

I already have a tight script and a finished voice-over; what I’m missing are the visuals. I’d like you to take real photos, then redraw or overlay the eyes and facial features in Photoshop so they switch expressions—happy, sad, surprised, and anything else the story calls for—much like the “hoodie guy” style seen on YouTube.

Here’s what I need from you:
• use royalty-free photos that fit the script.
• In Photoshop, paint or draw the eyes/faces so the characters emote on cue.
• Animate those stills into a smooth YouTube Short (vertical, 1080 × 1920, 30 fps). Simple motion—pans, zooms, subtle wiggles—will keep it lively.
• Sync visuals tightly to my supplied voice-over; timing is crucial.
• Add any background (real or custom) that enhances the narrative.
