Amplify Convention Graphics Kit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our annual convention campaign, themed “Amplify,” will roll out in three phases and I need a cohesive set of visuals ready for each release. The look should stay modern and sleek—think bold, clean typography and confident use of space—while evolving subtly from phase to phase to keep the audience’s excitement growing.
Scope of work
I’ll need fresh graphics for every phase across all our channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, our email newsletters, and the convention website. Each asset must be sized correctly for its platform and supplied both as ready-to-post PNG/JPG files and as editable source files (PSD or AI). Consistency is key: colors, layout logic, and photographic or illustrative style should clearly belong to one family, even as each phase introduces its own twist.
Deliverables per phase
• Social: square feed image, story/vertical version, and a widescreen banner for Twitter
• Email: header or hero graphic sized for a standard 600-px-wide template
• Website: hero banner plus a smaller promo tile
That means three complete image sets, one for each phase, with all files neatly organized and labeled.
Timeline & collaboration
I’ll supply copy, logos, and any brand references you need. After an initial concept round we’ll lock the overall direction, then you can produce the phase-specific variations. Two revision passes per phase should be plenty, but I’m flexible if minor tweaks pop up.
If sleek, on-brand visuals produced in an orderly workflow sound like your wheelhouse, I’m ready to get started right away.
