Add Army Ribbon Rack

I have a portrait of myself in Army dress uniform and the ribbon rack is missing. I need a quick, accurate edit that adds 4-6 Army ribbons in the correct order, angle, and scale so the final image looks authentic and inspection-ready.
I have attached the correct rack.
I was also a SFC but this picture is when I was a SPC rank. If you could have the rank peak on the arm that would be great as well.

As you can tell I was low ranking when I took this picture hence I’m still smiling, if you could reduce the smile a little bit for seriousness that would be great
