Perform periodic, adhoc updates of our existing interactive PDF form.

A skilled ex-colleague created a sophisticated, dynamic PDF form for us. This form needs to be updated from time to time (e.g. change logic of dynamic fields; enhance overall functionality; amend help text, etc). We are looking for Adobe LiveCycle Design Expert to whom we could turn to whenever such a request comes up.
