Livecycle form to C# and API

We have to convert all the inputs of a Adobe LiveCycle pdf form to be done using API connections. The java scripts needs to be converted to c# or any other language that can run outside of the livecycle/pdf environment. Also we need to export the input chooses of the user done in PDF to be able to do them in a web app. Bellow I've put a overview of the project.
Client writes data in a pdf, based on the java scripts other information is added in the pdf form. Client also can select using drop downs in PDF various options to generate the final form.
We need to replace the PDF form with API connection, the javascripts in livecycle with a c# or any other program that can run on a web app and generate the pdf file with xfa attached or only the xfa.xml file.
