photo editing

I am looking for a freelancer who can do professional photo editing for a project I have. I need the freelancer to be able to retouch photos, as well as color correct them and remove flyaway hair, etc. from the photos. I would like the edited photos to be delivered in JPEG format. This project should only involve editing around 3 photos.
