Wedding Photos Retouching - Dark Circles

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to perform natural retouching on less than 20 of my wedding photos. The focus will be on removing the dark circles under eyes. On top of this, I would also appreciate some slight work on double chins if possible. The aim is to keep the photos as authentic as possible, hence it's essential that the edits do not drastically alter the original images. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in photo retouching, using photoshop adobe, particularly with wedding photography, and possess a keen eye for detail.
