Sun shadow taken out of photo

I am looking for a freelancer to edit a single photo for me. The photo is a portrait and the goal is to minimize the visibility of the sun shadow in it. I plan on using the edited photo for a personal use. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced manipulating contrast and brightness of an image to produce a desired outcome, while still maintaining the natural look of the photo.
