Subtle DSLR-Style Portrait Enhancement

I have a single portrait that was captured on a phone and I’d like it to look as though it came straight out of a DSLR. The priority is a tasteful, cool-toned colour grade that feels cinematic yet still natural. Alongside that, please lift the lighting so the face is evenly lit, refine overall sharpness, and keep skin texture realistic—no plastic-looking retouch.
The final file should match or exceed the original resolution and be delivered as:
• A flattened high-quality JPEG ready for sharing
• (Optional but appreciated) a layered PSD or TIFF so I can revisit adjustments later
Acceptance checklist:
• Cool colour grading applied consistently, with true-to-life skin tones
• Improved lighting and balanced contrast without blown highlights or crushed blacks
• Enhanced sharpness that holds up at 100 % zoom, free of halos or noise
• No heavy skin smoothing, artificial bokeh, or gimmicky filters
