Spelling Correction on Existing Photograph

I have an existing photograph, saved in a JPEG format, that requires a spelling correction. The preferred method for the correction is by retouching the image.

I am looking for a freelancer who:
- Has excellent retouching skills
- Has experience in spelling correction on images
