Remove Objects & Blur Screen

I have a single photo I’d like to display at a friend’s anniversary memorial, but a few distractions need to go. In total I need five objects cleaned out—two lighters, one set of keys, a medicinal container, and a small plastic bag sitting just above the middle “p.” After that, please soften or blur the CCTV monitor that appears along the top edge of the image so it no longer draws attention.
The finished file should look completely natural at full resolution, suitable for printing and sharing with the family. Deliver the retouched photo back to me in the same resolution (JPEG or PNG is fine) along with one layered PSD in case I need minor tweaks later. No visible cloning patterns, halos, or color shifts—just a clean, respectful image that keeps the focus on our friend’s memory.
