Photoshop Photo Retouching

I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop expert who can help me with retouching a photo. Specifically, I need the belly removed from the picture, while keeping the face and background untouched. The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in photo retouching and be able to deliver a seamless and natural looking final image. JUST TO EDIT THE MEN ON THE RIGHT! No belly if possible and retouch the top part of the pant (where the belt should be)
