Photo editing of portraits so they look like in a business manazine

Dear Freelancers,
I have three pictures, those are business profiles. I want a specialist for color grading to adjust colors and all other factors for the look, so it look like in a business magazine. It's important you have time later today and can finish the project by tomorrow. I guess for a specialist this job will take no longer than an hour.
One of the three pictures that need adjustment is posted. I have also posted a sample of a business magazine that has the pictures edited the way I would like it (the PDF).
