Photo Retouching with Realistic Effects

I need a skilled photo editor who can retouch my photos to include bruises, a black eye, and a swollen lip. The purpose of these edits is to create a realistic effect for a project. An ideal freelancer for this job would be someone with experience in photo retouching and can create convincing, realistic effects. This will go into a preventing domestic violence pamphlet, and instead of having an actual victims photos, we would like to create our own.
