Photo Enhancement for Conference Pictures

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to improve some poor-quality pictures of my brother taken at a conference. The aim is to enhance the images while maintaining a natural look.

I’d like to edit 3 photos of him on stage during the presentation. I’ve uploaded other clear photos of his face that AI might be able to use to enhance the images.

Requirements:
- Improve lighting and exposure
- Enhance sharpness and clarity
- Apply color correction
- Maintain a natural look, no artistic effects or styles

I will provide additional images of my brother from other settings to aid in the improvement.
