Photo Color Correction and Weapon Camo Replacement

I have a photo that needs retouching. There's a gentleman on the left of the photo where the light hits him badly, and I need his colors to match the rest of the photo. Furthermore, the scope on the weapon needs to be replaced with the same camo pattern surrounding the weapon.
