Organize Business Image Library - 18/09/2025 04:49 EDT
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a growing archive of business-related images that now lives in multiple folders, cloud drives, and email downloads. What I need is a clean, intuitive system where every file is easy to locate by the specific project or campaign it belongs to, rather than today’s mix-and-match chaos.
Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side:
• Pull the existing photos together (you’ll receive one compressed dump plus links to two cloud folders).
• Design a clear folder hierarchy built around each project or campaign.
• Apply a consistent file-naming convention and, where the platform allows, add basic metadata or tags so a quick search surfaces the right assets.
• Deliver the reorganised library back to me in its new structure, along with a brief reference guide outlining the folder logic and any tagging rules you used.
Whether you prefer Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, a DAM platform, or simple batch-renaming scripts is up to you—the end result just needs to be platform-agnostic so I can move or back up the files without breaking the structure. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get the images in order.
