Natural Real Estate Photo Editing
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I have a new batch of residential real-estate images that now need a clean, publication-ready finish. The goal is a natural and realistic look—true-to-life colour, balanced exposure, straight lines, and a welcoming feel without the tell-tale HDR glow. Think “this is exactly how the room feels” rather than “heavily filtered magazine spread.”
Covering interiors—living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms—and exteriors of typical family homes. Core corrections include white-balance, lens distortion, vertical alignment, slight improvement in window light, noise reduction, and the occasional subtle sky replacement if an overcast day washed things out. Shadows and highlights should stay believable; no crunchy clarity or over-saturation.
Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEGs ready for MLS/web (≈3000 px long edge)
• Web-optimised versions at ≈1500 px
• Editable Lightroom catalogue or layered PSDs so I can adjust if required
Workflow & tools
Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop keep everything compatible with my current setup. I'm a bit tight on time and need the pictures as of today (max.1-2+days). I can send you 3 perspectives to edit (captured with AEB) and you can start rock'n rolling. If your're down for it and things look clean we can even stay in touch for more work to come.
Acceptance criteria
Colour fidelity checked against reference shots, straight verticals, clean windows with visible exterior detail, no halos or artificial HDR artefacts. All in all the picture package should look homogenous.
If you can share a before/after sample of residential work finished in this natural style, that will help me lock in the hire quickly. Looking forward to seeing how you bring these homes to life while keeping them true to reality.
