Natural Facial Blemish Retouching

I have a portrait that only needs subtle blemish removal while preserving a natural look. The main problem areas are the forehead and the delicate skin around the eyes, so I’m looking for touch-ups that leave texture intact—no heavy airbrushing or plastic-skin effect.
You can work in Photoshop, Lightroom, or any equivalent retouching software as long as the final result is a high-resolution file in the original format plus a layered PSD so I can review the adjustments. Please zoom in enough to clean stray spots, redness, or minor bumps, then zoom back out to confirm the overall tone still feels unretouched to the casual viewer.
I’ll send the raw photo as soon as we start. When you return it, a simple side-by-side preview will help me compare before and after. If the skin still looks like real skin and the blemishes are quietly gone, we’re done.
