Memorial Portrait Enhancement & Optimization

I am seeking an experienced photo editor who possesses a keen eye for detail. The task at hand involves enhancing a selfie portrait of my late sister for use at her funeral and in commemorative booklets. Please take note of the following requirements:
- Removal: The first task is to remove any blemishes or imperfections from the photo to improve the overall quality.
- Realism: The edited photo should maintain a realistic look. An understanding of portrait editing that keeps the essence of the person while removing unwanted features is key.
- Focus: Priority should be given to enhancing the facial features. A deeper understanding of facial geometry and experience in retouching portraits will be advantageous.
