JPEG Exposure and Contrast Correction

I have a folder of JPEG shots that look flat right now, and I need them to pop without drifting from a natural feel. The assignment is pure color-correction—balancing exposure and contrast only. No background swaps, no beauty retouching, just clean tonal work.
Normally I run everything through Lightroom, Snapseed, or whichever app suits the moment, but time is tight and I’d like a fresh pair of eyes on this set. You’re free to use your preferred software as long as the results are consistent across the batch.
What I’ll hand over: a download link to the original JPEGs plus any reference image that nails the mood I’m after.
What I need back:
• Corrected JPEGs at the same resolution, file names untouched
• Even exposure, recovered highlights, and contrast that adds depth without crushing detail
• A short note on the adjustments you made (helpful for me to keep my catalog organised)
