Graduation Event Photography

I need a skilled event photographer to cover a Grade X graduation ceremony. The focus is on natural, story-telling coverage rather than posed studio work. Throughout the event I want you moving freely to capture candid moments—students with friends and family, spontaneous reactions, laughter, applause—while also organising clean, well-lit group photos of graduates, teachers and parents when the schedule allows. Stage shots are handled by the school, so your brief centres exclusively on those two shot types.

Please bring gear suitable for an indoor hall with mixed lighting (fast primes or zooms around f/2.8, on-camera or off-camera flash as needed) and be ready to deliver colour-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs via an online gallery within one week of shooting.

Deliverables
• All usable candid and group images, lightly edited for exposure and colour
• A small web-ready set suitable for social sharing
• Full usage rights for the school and families
