Digital Portrait Retouch

I have 10 photos from JCPenney for my professional bio and LinkedIn. I am generally fine with but 8 of the are with a jacket on and in every the jacket is bunched on the shoulder making them unusable. Looking for someone to retouch the photo to remove the bunching. Attaching an edited version, okay with face, hair is fine, jacket is a problem as an example.
