・テキスト
・画像
・QRコード
が差し替え、修正が可能な状態に作成して下さい。
既にイラストレイターにて途中まで作業済です。
テキストはほぼ日本語でイラストレイターに反映されていますので、一部カラーを変更する程度です。
あとは各間取り図やロゴ、写真画像をレイヤーごとに分けて差し替え可能な状態にすることです。
画像フォルダーにアップした画像を差し替えれば切り替え可能な状態にして頂きます。
想定作業時間・・・数時間程度と思われますので、12時間以内での作業必須の案件になります。

Please create a template version of the flyer found at the URL below, ensuring that the following elements can be easily swapped or modified:

Work has already been partially completed in Adobe Illustrator.
The text (mostly in Japanese) is already in the Illustrator file, so only minor adjustments—such as changing some colors—are needed.
The main remaining task is to organize elements like floor plans, logos, and photos into separate layers so they can be swapped out.
Please set up the file so that swapping an image in the designated folder automatically updates the image in the design.
Estimated work time: A few hours; therefore, completion and delivery within 12 hours are mandatory.
