Yard Sign Edit & QR Add

I already have an JPG file of my yard sign and a separate JPG that contains the QR code I want to feature. Your task is to replace the current headline with the exact new phrase I will supply, swap out a small logo element that is no longer current, and cleanly lift the QR code from the JPG so it sits crisply on the sign without pixelation.

3 attachments included. 1. Original sign JPG to modify. 2. Scan of the written changes I want 3. JPG file with QR code. This needs to be removed from the image (excess border).

Please keep the existing color palette and layout proportions intact—only the wording and the logo area should change. The final artwork has to be press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi) and I would also like the unlocked, organised source file so I can make future tweaks in-house.

Send back both:
• A print-ready PDF, PRN, JPG and any other format you provide.
• The updated AI (or layered PSD)

If you have any questions about bleed, safe zones, or the QR placement, let me know before you export so we avoid re-runs at the printer.
