World Record Achievement Poster Design -- 3
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
On September 29-30 of 2022, I broke the official 50-State Highpointers Club record (and World Record I assume) for the most number of state highpoints summitted (including Washington DC which counts), in the fastest time, under 24-hours. Starting solo at 8PM - in order - I summited the highest natural point of WV, MD, PA, DC, DE, NJ, CT, MA, and RI in 20 hours, 55 minutes, 23.86 seconds (an hour faster than the previous 3-person team record)! Every summit is time-stamped and GPS verified.
My idea is to show and label each of the state highpoints on a type of regional map, with each summit named and labeled, with summit times, and driving routes in between. I think super-imposing pictures of every highpoint might make it feel a bit cramped, which is where I would like your input and help on creative vision.
I'm totally open to ideas on how to display and communicate the accomplishment, and have pictures of each one taken throughout the journey. Let me know your thoughts and what you need to get started. I need a single poster to memorialize a world record achievement. The design should prominently feature text, with additional elements including photos, a map, and times/stats.
