Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Wax Batik (Wax Boutique) art designer to create traditional yet production-ready textile designs for flatbelt printing machines.
The designer must be highly skilled in Photoshop channel work, color separations, and preparing 4-color print-ready files that replicate the authentic wax-dyed (Batik) look.
The goal is to convert classic Batik motifs into seamless, industrial-ready patterns while preserving the natural hand-crafted feel.

Design Requirements
We need Wax Batik / Wax Boutique patterns created in 4-color sets only, with an authentic hand-dyed, handcrafted texture:
• Traditional Batik motifs (floral, leaves, waves, vines)
• Batik crackle texture integration
• Batik block patterns
• Geometric Batik elements
• Booty / Butta patterns
• Dupatta / panel designs
• Border patterns
• Seamless repeat designs
All designs must be optimized for flatbelt printing while maintaining a natural wax-resist Batik look.

Responsibilities
• Create Wax Batik–style artwork suitable for textile printing
• Prepare Photoshop PSD files with channels (spot colors)
• Build 4-color repeat-ready patterns
• Add authentic wax crackle effects where required
• Deliver high-quality, print-ready outputs
• Provide color variations if needed

Requirements
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop channel work
• Experience in Batik / Wax Boutique art or ethnic textile design
• Ability to create 4-color separations for flatbelt machines
• Strong understanding of pattern repeats & printing workflows
• Ability to maintain handcrafted texture while adapting for mass production

• Background in textile / fashion print design
• Experience preparing designs for screen printing, block printing, or flatbelt printing
• Portfolio showcasing Batik / ethnic / handcrafted textile art
