Vintage Text-Icon Logo Creation

I have a logo concept that is AI generated (and it looks AI generated which I hate). I intend to screen print it, but if it’s possible to make it useable for embroidery, that’s great too.

The key element is a smiling Alexander Hamilton and a nautical theme. I used a font that is on US currency.

Ultimately I’d like this in several file formats including a transparent background.
