Vintage Rock Studio Logo Design

I’m re-branding under the name “SevenFishes Studios,” with a sister imprint, “SevenFishes Publishing,” and I need a versatile emblem that can serve both by simply swapping the wording. Think vintage and classic rather than ultra-modern, yet I still want it to pop with bold, vibrant color.

Musically we live in rock territory—classic, southern, yacht, and the occasional jazz-fusion session—so the mark should feel at home on a guitar pick as much as on a mixing console. One concept I keep coming back to is the glowing power tube from an old guitar amp; if the filament could subtly morph into a stylised shark or fish outline, that would be perfect. I’m open to other tasteful nods to studio life (a mic grille, a fretboard silhouette, etc.) provided they don’t overcrowd the design.

Practical considerations
• Must scale cleanly from 10 mm (picks, stickers) up to embroidery and large posters, so an editable vector file is essential.
• Final hand-off should include SVG, AI, layered PSD, and high-res PNG with transparent background, plus a simple version for one-color applications.
• Please leave room for the word swap (“Studios” ↔ “Publishing”) without reworking the whole layout.
