Vintage Concert Tee Artwork

Every year our senior leadership team hits the road to visit management teams nationwide, and we celebrate the tour with a limited-run “concert” T-shirt. For 2025 I want a front-only graphic that feels like it just came off a merch table in 1970's/80s --faded inks, bold typography, clever imagery, the works. Think authentic rock-tour vibe rather than obvious corporate swag.

What I’m after
• A fresh yet genuinely vintage 70s or 80s look.
• One striking icon or illustration that instantly grabs attention and could live on its own outside the shirt.
• Optional nods to a road-trip or tour concept as long as it stays true to the era. Minimal overt company branding—subtle is better. Icon or imagery should include "Pebblebrook" or "PEB" somewhere on the design.

Deliverable
• Editable vector artwork in EPS format, CMYK, sized for a standard unisex tee (approx. 12" x 15").
• All fonts either converted to outlines or included separately.
• Layers clearly named so we can tweak colors or wording if needed.

How to stand out
Show a couple of past T-shirt or poster designs that prove you can nail authentic retro aesthetics. I don’t need long write-ups—your visuals will speak for themselves.

I’ll review every submission, shortlist the concepts that feel like real vintage concert merch, and select the winner for print production. Can’t wait to see your riffs on classic rock style! I've attached examples from our last two concert shirts.
