Vintage Black and White Band Logos

I need two vintage-style band logos designed. The first logo should be in black and white. The second should be a red outlined box letters with yellow filled in. With an Ozzy Osbourne feel as we are a tribute band. Images are being out onto black t-shirts to be sold, and we've made basic logos already but the quality isn't quite good for the printing company we're using. Needs to be at 300dpi for both images. The background for both needs to be transparent for them to be printed according to the printing company.
The images attached below, the black and white one file 1- 8''x 7,9'' for it to go onto a gang sheet with clesr outlines. The yellow one file 2- 4x4, and clear outline please.
