Vibrant Pop Art Horse Poster

I’d like to turn my horse into a larger-than-life comic-book icon. The finished piece needs to sit proudly on an A2 print, bursting with bright, saturated colour and classic pop-art halftone energy while still feeling warmly nostalgic.
Here’s the vision:
• I’ll supply a clear reference photo and a list of sentimental words—names, memories and phrases that matter to me. Those words should fill the background as a textured pattern, readable yet seamlessly woven into the composition.
• The illustration itself should capture the bold line work and dynamic shading you’d see in vintage comics, with a palette that really pops off the page.
• Colour harmony is critical: vivid tones without tipping into garish, so the final mood still feels nostalgic and heartfelt.
• Strong typography skills are a must; the type shouldn’t look like an overlay, it should feel purpose-built for the artwork.
Deliverables
1. High-resolution, print-ready A2 file in CMYK (PDF or TIFF, 300 dpi).
2. A web-friendly preview (JPEG/PNG, RGB).
3. Layered source file (AI or PSD) so minor tweaks can be made later.
Workflow
After I share the photo and word list, I’d like to see an initial concept for sign-off, followed by up to two refinement rounds. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Procreate are all fine—use whatever helps you nail that vibrant comic-book look.
