Vibrant Cotton Trailer Wrap Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m commissioning a high-resolution, print-ready graphic that will cover the full 53-foot length of a semi-trailer. The look has to be bold and vibrant, with cotton fields stretching the entire side as the unmistakable focal point.
Within that sweeping landscape I need several key elements blended seamlessly:
• a John Deere round-bale picker at work among the rows,
• an American flag flowing prominently,
• our cotton emblem,
• a close-up of a finished cotton product that shows a hint of hand or skin to emphasise softness,
• the QR code I’ll supply, and
• the “Plants not plastic” logo sitting just after the word “cotton.” I will supply
If space and flow allow, the phrase “fabric of our lives” can be woven in as a supporting line. The colour palette should lean on reds, whites, and blues with touches of green and yellow so the artwork feels patriotic yet agrarian and lively.
I’m looking for a fully cohesive composition—no disconnected stickers—so smart layering, consistent lighting, and harmonious perspective are essential. The final piece must scale cleanly to a 53' x 8.5' surface, factoring in panel breaks, rivets, and door seams.
Deliverables
• Print-ready file at 300 dpi (or vector) sized to the trailer’s exact specs
• Layered source file (AI, PSD, or similar) with all elements editable
• A side-view mock-up showing placement and flow across the trailer
