Vectorize and Tweak Logo

I have a hand-drawn logo created in Procreate that I need converted to a clean vector file in Adobe Illustrator. I want the hand-drawn, organic feel preserved — please do NOT make it look geometric or overly perfect. Just even out the line weights so they're consistent throughout, and clean up any wobbles that look accidental rather than intentional. I need the final files as SVG, AI, and PNG (transparent background) in both black and white versions

Requirements:
- Trace the logo from JPEG to vector
- Minor tweaks to the original design
- SVG and AI files (not just PNG)
- Transparent background PNG as well
- Both a dark version (your charcoal) and a light version (white) for use on different backgrounds
- Unlimited revisions, or at least 2–3 rounds

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector software
- Experience with logo design and vectorization
- Attention to detail for accurate representation and minor modifications
