Vectorize Master Logo for Trademark

Description:
I need a professional, trademark-ready master logo package recreated as clean vector artwork based on my existing reference PNG. The final must be crisp, with no halos/white outlines, and must work on both light and dark backgrounds.
Deliverables (required):
1. Vector source: .AI (editable), .EPS, .SVG, and .PDF (vector).
2. Exports: Transparent PNGs (at least 500px, 1000px, 2000px, 4000px wide), and JPGs on white background.
3. Variations:
o Primary horizontal logo
o Stacked/square version
o 1-color black, 1-color white
o 1-color blue version
4. Technical requirements:
o No raster effects (no glow/drop shadow unless approved)
o Clean paths with minimal anchor points, no stray points
o Strokes expanded as needed; text converted to outlines (unless font licensing is provided)
o Provide color specs: HEX/RGB/CMYK (Pantone optional)
5. Ownership/IP:
o Work made for hire + full assignment of all IP rights to me
o Designer warrants the work is original and non-infringing
o No stock vectors/icons unless disclosed and licensed for trademark use (provide proof of license if any are used)
o Upon final payment, contractor assigns all right, title, and interest worldwide; contractor retains no rights to reuse the mark.
Workflow:
• Milestone 1: First vector draft + 2 revision rounds
• Milestone 2: Final files + all variations + exports + color specs + signed IP assignment
