Vectorize Logo and Mascot

I need a logo and a character/mascot turned into vector art ASAP. I have a printer that is waiting on the files so I need them completed ASAP
Requirements:
- Logo: Simple, should take a skilled Adobe Illustrator user about 2 minutes.
- Mascot: A bit more complex but still manageable.
Output needed in SVG format.
