Vectorize Layered Illustrator Data from Circus Image

Job ID: 40533266

Budget: $10 – $100 USD

Urgent: Convert a Circus Image into Layered, Vector-Editable Illustrator Data
Project Overview
We are looking for someone who can create editable vector data in Illustrator based on the attached circus image, with all major elements separated into layers.
What we need is not the creation of a new image.
It is also not a task to recreate a similar image using generative AI.
The task is to keep the existing attached image’s appearance, composition, atmosphere, colors, people, background, and decorative elements as much as possible, while rebuilding it in Illustrator as layered data that can be edited later.
This data will be projected on a large screen using a projector, so it must be high enough quality that roughness, blur, or visual breakdowns do not stand out even when displayed at a very large size.

Important: Use of Generative AI Is Prohibited
For this project, creating, regenerating, or redrawing the image using generative AI is prohibited.
The client already suspects that the image may have been created using AI.
Therefore, the final result must not contain any unnatural traces typical of generative AI, such as visual breakdowns, smudging, distorted hands or feet, broken decorations, meaningless shapes, or unnatural details.
Please make sure the work is primarily done through manual Illustrator tracing, part organization, vectorization, and layer separation.
The following are not acceptable:
• Creating a similar image using generative AI
• Recreating the image with an AI image-generation tool
• Only using AI upscaling
• Using AI correction in a way that significantly changes the style
• Making the atmosphere different from the original image
• Leaving AI-like distortions or unnatural shapes
• Delivering an Illustrator file that simply contains the image pasted into it
________________________________________
Purpose of the Work
The purpose is to prepare the attached image in the following condition:
• Editable in Illustrator
• Elements separated into layers
• High quality suitable for large-screen projection
• Resistant to looking rough when enlarged
• Not just a pasted image, but with major elements vectorized
• Easy to adjust colors, positions, and sizes later
• No unnatural parts that look like AI-generated output

Intended Use
The completed data will be used for projection on a large screen with a projector.
Because of this, quality when enlarged is more important than it would be for a normal web image or small printed material.
Please pay special attention to the following:
• Outlines should not look rough when displayed large
• People, animals, decorations, and background shapes should look natural
• Lines should not look jagged
• Blur and smudging should not stand out
• Details should not look unnaturally broken
• The image should not look strange even when viewed from the audience area or from a distance

Requested Work
1. Rebuild the Attached Image in Illustrator
Please rebuild the attached circus image as editable Illustrator data.
There is no need to change it into a new design.
Please maintain the composition, atmosphere, colors, characters, decorations, and background of the attached image as much as possible.
________________________________________
2. Layer Separation
Please separate the Illustrator data into at least the following layers:
1. Background
2. Tent, stage, and large structures
3. People
4. Animals and characters
5. Small objects and decorations
6. Light, shadow, and effects
7. Foreground parts
8. Adjustment layer
9. Guides and notes
You may divide the file into more detailed layers depending on the image content.
Please make the layer structure as organized as possible so that later revisions can be made easily.

3. Make the Data Vector-Editable
Please vectorize the following major parts as much as possible:
• Outlines
• Main shapes of people and characters
• Tent and stage decorations
• Large background parts
• Text or logos, if any
• Decorative parts
• Main shapes of light and effect elements
Fine textures and complex gradients, similar to photographic detail, may be used as high-resolution images if necessary.
However, delivering the artwork as a single pasted image is not acceptable.

4. Make the Data Suitable for Large-Screen Projection
The completed data is intended to be projected on a large screen or wall using a projector.
Please use the following as guidelines:
• The composition should be easy to use in a 16:9 aspect ratio
• Recommended working size: equivalent to 3840 px × 2160 px or higher
• If possible, quality should also hold up for display equivalent to 7680 px × 4320 px
• Major parts should be vectorized
• If images are used, they must be embedded at high resolution
• Outlines should not become rough when enlarged
• Blur, smudging, or AI-like breakdowns should not be visible
________________________________________
Delivery Format
Please deliver the following files:
1. Editable Illustrator file (.ai)
2. Outlined Illustrator file (.ai)
3. PDF with the layer structure preserved (.pdf)
4. Preview PNG, 3840 px × 2160 px or larger
5. Preview JPG, 3840 px × 2160 px or larger
6. Work summary note
If possible, please combine all files into one ZIP file.

Illustrator File Requirements
The Illustrator data must meet the following conditions:
• Elements are separated into layers
• Major parts are editable
• The file is not just a pasted image
• Fonts are outlined if any fonts are used
• All used images are embedded
• No missing links
• No unnecessary local file paths
• Colors and positions can be adjusted later
• Quality is suitable for large-screen display
• No unnatural breakdowns that look like generative AI output

What We Value in the Final Result
We will place importance on the following:
• The appearance of the attached image is not significantly changed
• The glamorous circus atmosphere is maintained
• The image does not look rough on a large screen
• The parts are well organized
• The file is easy to edit in Illustrator
• The result looks natural and does not look AI-generated
• People, animals, and decorations do not have unnatural distortions
• Details do not look careless or rough
• The quality is suitable for submission to the client

What Not to Do
The following are not acceptable:
• Creating a new image using generative AI
• Recreating a similar image with an AI image-generation tool
• Changing the design from the original image
• Changing the composition without permission
• Adding or removing people or decorations without permission
• Delivering an Illustrator file with only the image pasted into it
• Delivering an AI file without layer separation
• Delivering the image at low resolution
• Delivering data that becomes rough when enlarged
• Leaving AI-like unnatural shapes or visual breakdowns
• Leaving linked images as external references
• Delivering data that cannot be edited

Important Note
What we need is to take the attached circus image, separate it into layers in Illustrator, and prepare it as editable vector data.
This is not a request to create a new image.
Recreating the image with generative AI is also not allowed.
An AI file that only contains the image pasted into it is not acceptable.
Because the client already suspects that the image may have been created by AI, it is extremely important to avoid any traces of generative AI or unnatural visual breakdowns.
We are looking for someone who can carefully trace, organize, and vectorize the image manually, and deliver high-quality Illustrator data suitable for large-screen projection.
