Vectorize JPEG Logo for Web

I have a logo in a single high-resolution JPEG file and I need it rebuilt as clean, fully scalable vector artwork ready for web use. While the core design stays the same, I’d like a few minor tweaks—horizontal as it is, and vertical version—so that it renders crisply on any screen size and against both light and dark backgrounds.

Please recreate the logo in Illustrator and supply the finished artwork in AI, and transparent-background PNG formats. Keep the layers organised so I can make small edits later if needed.

Once I approve the tweaked design, just send over the files and we’re done. Simple, quick project for anyone comfortable with precise vector tracing and light refinement.
