Vectorize 2 Images & Fix QRs

I have two small print-ready graphics that need a quick, clean turnaround.
• front.png – just convert every element to crisp, editable vector paths and supply the final file as an .ai that opens flawlessly in Illustrator CS5.
• back.png – keep the existing layout, but replace the current placeholder QR codes with new, fully functional static codes that point directly to my social-media pages (I’ll give you the exact links). The finished artwork must also be delivered in CS5-compatible .ai format, with the codes sized and positioned exactly as they are now so the design stays intact.
Acceptance:
1. Both .ai files open in Illustrator CS5 with no missing fonts or plug-in warnings.
2. Scanning each QR code takes the user straight to the provided URL, no tracking or redirect layers.
3. Visual style, colors and alignment match the original PNGs pixel for pixel.
