Vectorize Existing Logo

I already have the logo in PNG format and simply need it converted into a fully editable vector. No tweaks, colour shifts or redesigns—just a faithful replication that will scale perfectly on merchandise (screen printing / DTF). Also might be used for website and socials and print
Please take the raster file I provide and return:
• a clean, layered Adobe Illustrator (AI) file
• matching EPS and PDF exports
• an updated high-resolution PNG for quick previews
Everything must match the original artwork pixel for pixel, with sharp paths, tidy anchors and no stray points. Once I drop the AI or EPS onto a mug, banner or T-shirt, it should print crisp at any size.
