Vectorize Existing Logo

I need a skilled graphic designer to convert my existing logo into a clean, scalable vector format.

Requirements:
- No redesign; exact match to original.
- Retain original proportions, colors, and details.

Deliverables:
- Editable vector files: .AI and .EPS.
- Web-friendly formats: .SVG and .PNG (transparent background, at least 3000px width).
- PDF version for easy sharing/printing.

Variations:
- Full-color version.
- Monochrome (black/white) version.
- Inverted version (for dark backgrounds).

Quality Requirements:
- All text converted to outlines (no missing fonts).
- No pixelation; fully scalable without quality loss.
- Clean, properly grouped layers (no unnecessary anchor points).

I need assistance with color codes as well.
